As we know ice creams are made of milk, yogurt, and sugar. Even though most of the ice creams have fruits in it also which make this meal rich of calcium, vitamins like vitamin A and E as well as many minerals.

DESCRIPTION OF ICE CREAM DIET

Ice cream diet is quiet effective because it only contains (1.200 to 1.300 calories) therefore in only a week you can lose 2 to 4 lb it’s perfect during months of summer when it’s hot and you don’t really feel like cooking and enjoying a good ice cream while losing weight is always a bonus.

Ice cream diet for 7 days a week 

Monday: 

Breakfast: coffee or tea depends which one you like more, I always go for coffee as it helps me to wake up also.  Three whole grain toast and later on as a snack you can eat a peach.

Lunch: Ice cream

Afternoon: one peach

Dinner:  spaghetti and grilled steak, 100 gr. each, salad and carrot 200 gr.

Tuesday

Breakfast: coffee or tea it depends which one you like more.Three whole grain toast and later on as a snack you can eat 3-4 apricot.

Lunch: Ice cream

Afternoon: 3-4 apricot

Dinner: 200 gr. fish and 80 gr. rice with tomato

Wednesday

Breakfast: coffee or tea depends which one you like more. Three whole grain toast and later on as a snack you can eat two apples.

Lunch: Ice cream

Afternoon: two apples

Dinner: 200 gr. salad, 100 gr. of ham with no fat, 100 gr. spaghetti with garlic sauce.

Thursday

Breakfast: coffee or tea depends which one you like more. Three whole grain toast and later on as a snack you can eat a peach.

Lunch: Ice cream

Afternoon: one peach

Dinner: 200 gr. of lettuce and carrot salad; baked chicken 100 gr.

Friday

Breakfast: coffee or tea depends which one you like more. Three whole grain toast and later on as a snack you can eat a pear.

Lunch: Ice cream

Afternoon: one pear

Dinner: 200 gr. eggplant and pepper salad; 200 gr. roasted chicken and two baked potatoes.

Saturday

Breakfast: coffee or tea depends which one you like more. Three whole grain toast and later on as a snack you can eat a pear.

Lunch: Ice cream

Afternoon: a pear

Dinner: Chicken and Pasta Salad

Sunday

Breakfast: coffee or tea depends which one you like more. Three whole grain toast and later on as a snack you can eat 100 gr. strawberries.

Lunch: Ice cream

Afternoon: 100 gr. strawberries

Dinner: vegetarian pizza 200 gr.
