But those who already have tendency to dryness find it very irritating. As the dryness in skin steals all the beauty of your face and leaves you with dull and rough skin instead. There are many simple ways by following which you can fight this dry skin dilemma. Here are a few for you.
Water, water, water!
Keep a track of how many glasses of water you drink a day. Water plays an important role in this regard. Try to drink 6-8 glass a day. This will keep you properly hydrated and you will yourself witness the natural glow your skin will have.
Mild Is Better
In winter you want to have hot baths. Indeed they are tempting and you fall in love with them. But if your skin is dry, don’t turn hot showers on. Instead keep the water warm because the extremely hot water takes all the natural oils of your skin leaving it dry and deserted behind.
Use a good moisturizing cream or lotion. Use it on your whole body after shower. Use good cream that suits to your facial skin and apply it at least thrice a day. Never leave your hands dry after washing. Immediately apply lotion on them.

Try to use mild soaps that suit to your skin tone. Often using harsh soaps is major cause of the dryness of your skin.
Apply various home made masks often on your face specially. Many people don’t believe in these simple yips, but in reality they are very helpful to you. All the natural ingredients are far more better than any factory manufactured cream or lotion. Avocado & Papaya Paste
Take 1 avocado, 1 slice of papaya, and 1 banana. Mash all these together and make a paste. Apply it on your face and let it be for 15 minutes. This is one of best remedies for dry skin.
Honey & Rosewater Face Pack
Take 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of rose water. Mix them well and apply on your face and neck. It will help cleansing and toning the skin leaving it glowing afterwards.
Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe vera gel is one of most amazing things for your skin. Try to extract the gel yourself instead of relying on ready made gels. All you have to do is to slice a piece of aloe vera and squeeze it to get the gel out of it. Apply it on your face and leave for 30 minutes. It not only moisturizes your skin but also prevents it from impurities by formation of a protective layer. It removes dead skin and is anti-aging too.
